Case study production

Your best proof, produced.

What you get

Finished case studies — interviewed, verified, written, and formatted for web and sales use.

Why this work exists

Nobody believes your advertising. Buyers believe other buyers — that’s why the case study is the hardest-working page on any B2B site, and why so few companies have good ones.

They’re hard to build: the customer has to be interviewed, the numbers verified, the story written so it survives a skeptical read. We’ve been doing that work since before it was fashionable. We research, verify, and write case studies that hold up to a buyer’s scrutiny — because every claim in them can be checked.

How a case study gets made

  1. Choose and authenticate the subject. The customer is identified and confirmed as real, so the story starts from a verifiable source.
  2. Set the interview. A date is fixed with the customer.
  3. Conduct the interview. The customer explains in their own words what changed and by how much.
  4. Build, revise, approve. The document is drafted, revised, and approved by both parties before it is final.

What you receive

Each case study is delivered in two forms, short and long, so one interview serves both a quick sales conversation and a buyer who wants the detail.

Video is available too. It is negotiated separately from the written case study.

Who this is for

Companies with roughly $10 million to $100 million in revenue.
